1. User Account & Eligibility

- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
2. Device Ownership & Theft Reports
- You must only register devices that you lawfully own. Registering fraudulent devices or submitting false theft reports is strictly prohibited.
- Users bear full legal and civil responsibility for any fraudulent reports or falsified invoices submitted through the platform.
- Ragaaly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Device Ownership Transfers
- Device ownership transfer or resale requests require explicit acceptance and confirmation by the recipient to take legal effect in our database.
4. Permissions & Security Access
- To operate anti-theft capabilities, the app requires specific system permissions (Device Administrator, Background Location, Camera). By using the app, you grant permission to utilize these features solely for protection purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- Ragaaly provides technical tools to assist in securing and recovering devices. The app is not a substitute for filing official police reports.
- While we strive for continuous service and accurate tracking, Ragaaly is not liable for device loss caused by external network disruptions, hardware damages, or circumvention beyond software control.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
